We are looking for a passionate, driven chiropractor to join our collaborative team. This position offers a 3-year growth opportunity, where you will have the chance to build your patient base, refine your skills, and make a lasting impact in the community. At the end of the 3 years, you will have the option to take your patients with you and open your own practice or negotiate staying with the clinic as a long-term member of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-body chiropractic adjustments alongside neuromuscular soft tissue techniques for a wide variety of patient complaints.
• Grow your own patient base through a mix of professional networking, community involvement, social media, and attending events.
• Collaborate with a team of DC’s, ND’s and Ac’s to provide integrated care solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with new chiropractic techniques and treatment modalities, and actively incorporate them into your practice.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the clinic.
• Put in time outside of office hours to develop your personal brand and build your patient roster.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to learn new chiropractic techniques and a dedication to continuing education.
• Ability to grow a patient base through outreach, networking, and social media.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to build a thriving practice.
• Must be a team player, open to collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Enthusiasm for growing a patient base in a busy, dynamic clinic setting.
