What will you be doing:
Reviews member responsibility in both PCM and Brightree to verify that member responsibility is applied accurately. Handles member and health plan calls and provides accurate member responsibility information.
What will you need to succeed:
- 1 year of healthcare billing and coding support experience within Home Care Services preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Medical Biller/Coder certification highly desired
