The Utilization Management (UM) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the authorization and review process for patient care services. This entry-level role ensures that healthcare services are provided efficiently and in compliance with policies, regulations, and payer requirements. Training will be provided, and no prior home health experience is required.

- Enter data from spreadsheets into the database.
- Review records for accuracy.
- Update databases with new or revised information.
- Scan and organize documents.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Work productively and use time efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
