Residential Maintenance Technician

A valid and current driver's license is required.

Hours / Pay:

This position can be part-time or full-time

Compensation for this position is $18 - 30/hr

Summary of essential job functions

Technicians assist in our day-to-day upkeep, preventative maintenance, and maintenance repair tasks of residential rental properties which include homes, townhomes, apartments, and condos.Show properties to prospective renters in Rochester and surrounding areas

Property visits for inspections/walk-throughs

Record Keeping

Minimum requirements

Valid driver’s license

Educational requirement of at least a High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to Communicate Effectively

Ability to Prioritize and Organize

Maintenance Knowledge

Other Requirements

Perform assigned tasks according to proper policies & procedures

Report any problems to management

Time Management and organizational skills

Documentation – taking detailed notes during training sessions to maintain accurate & consistent procedures
