Bilingual HR Generalist Job Summary :
Provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department in all functional areas of HR. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Bilingual HR Generalist Responsibilities :
- Partner with the HR team to oversee the recruiting and new hire onboarding process, including resume prescreening, interviews, offer letters, pre-employment screening, and new hire orientation.
- Oversee various HR activities, such as offboarding, exit interviews, unemployment claims, all levels of leaves, and assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Track and submit staffing reports for variable workforce (new hire fulfillment of minimum days on the job).
- Conduct employee investigations and alternative dispute resolution cases.
- Assist with employee engagement and recognition activities to promote retention and reduce turnover.
- Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (management to non-management) on HR practices and processes, as well as utilizing conflict resolution techniques to ensure team cohesion.
- Assist with hard copy and electronic records; scan documents; maintain personnel records.
- Partner effectively with management to deliver high-quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business.
- Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and communication strategies.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
