Integrated Insurance Solutions is an independent insurance agency. We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Administrative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, ensuring proper phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars effectively.
- Maintain an organized filing system for patient records and other important documents.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, correspondence, and office management tasks helping the Account managers.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
