Web Developer
The Sponsor’s office leads and drives the development of Sponsor Data Systems and works to ensure that data is discoverable, corporately managed, and appropriately accessible for Sponsor and Intelligence Community officers. The office also represents the Sponsor to lead and drive the IC Data Services (IC DS) program as an IC Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE) Service of Common Concern (SoCC). As such, the Sponsor provides trusted data services to increase discoverability and sharing of data across the Intelligence Community (IC).
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
(U) The Contractor shall identify optimizations to the tools and coordinate with Sponsor for prioritization according to Sponsor’s Agile processes.
(U) The Contractor shall provide support for configuration management, deployment packaging, and program management activities required by Sponsor for developing and delivering production applications.
(U) The Contractor shall attend configuration management boards or provide written documentation to acquire deployment authorization according to Sponsor process.
(U) The Contractor shall leverage DevSecOps tools as much as possible to support automated deployments.
(U) The Contractor shall produce a Sprint Progress Report in Sponsor’s format at the end of each Sprint.
(U) The Contractor shall manage prioritized work in JIRA, or other tool, according to Sponsor’s Agile processes.
(U) The Contractor shall immediately communicate risks, dependencies and blockers with Sponsor to remove obstacles and drive product delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE
(U) The Contractor shall ensure, for the duration of the contract, that contractor personnel assigned to work under this contract maintain institutional knowledge and competency level necessary for all required skills, to include demonstrated on-the-job experience.
(U) The Contractor Team shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience:
- (U) Demonstrated experience working in an Agile software development environment
- (U) Demonstrated experience as a systems administrator for Linux and Windows servers and routinely updating to standard images.
- (U) Demonstrated experience developing from a virtual desktop.
- (U) Demonstrated experience configuring software for automated deployments in a cloud environment(s).
- (U) Demonstrated experience integrating COTS products with required capabilities such as audit, logging via API or other process.
- (U) Demonstrated experience integrating COTS products with other functional capabilities such as web-based user interfaces, or COTS/GOTS products via API or other.
- (U) Demonstrated experience using JavaScript (JS), AngularJS and Python.
- (U) Demonstrated experience with mySql, SquirrelSQL or other relational databases.
- (U) Demonstrated experience using Apache Spark and Tomcat and Spring Framework.
- (U) Demonstrated experience using Elastic Search.
- (U) Demonstrated experience establishing and completing the stand-up of a COTS tool in a cloud environment

- (U) Demonstrated experience requesting and updating server certificates.
