What You’ll Do:
As an LPN, you will oversee the medical aspects of care for individuals in ILC’s programs, ensuring high-quality health management and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
Medical Oversight & Support
- Serve as an on-call medical resource, addressing medication and healthcare-related concerns as assigned.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, caregivers, and nursing staff to coordinate care.
- Maintain confidential medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Medication & Health Plan Management
- Oversee medication administration, including entries, adjustments, and monthly MAR (Medication Administration Record) approvals.
- Assist the Registered Nurse (RN) with healthcare plans, G-tube competency visits, and medical tracking.
- Track and process medical appointments, annual health evaluations, and consultation forms.
Education & Training
- Teach QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel) classes weekly or as needed.
- Provide guidance to Host Home Providers, Personal Care Assistants, and Family Caregivers regarding upcoming appointments and healthcare documentation.

- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
- Proof of Vehicle Insurance
- Ability to competently pass and maintain all required ILC training
- Successful completion of background checks
