Operations Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making through data analysis and project management. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in various software tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Energy Efficiency Team Support:
• Ensure successful administration, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects.
• Review project application forms from customers, contractors, engineers/consultants, and other program participants to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
• Develop relationships with program implementers and partners to identify and address their needs, providing information to program managers.
• Maintain, update, and accurately add entries to system databases.
• Assist with customer service, scheduling, and other issues as needed.
• Conduct QA/QC of program processes and protocols, offering design improvements and recommendations.
• Manage contracts, reporting, and track program performance and metrics.
• Assist in resolving program operation issues.
• Ensure compliance with all APTIM quality and safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Track savings targets and goals relative to forecasts.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Payment Processing:
• Execute payment processing tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Perform QA/QC on payment details in APTracks.
• Conduct payment processes such as payment batching and cashed check uploads.
• Resolve check re-issue requests.
• Maintain payee records in the APTracks database with accurate Tax ID and Supplier ID to match the APTIM AP vendor list.
• Assist in enrolling customers/contractors in ACH payments if they are paid more than once per program year.
