What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manual and CNC Machinists (Lathe & Mill) position at Integrated Machinery Solutions?
IMS is seeking an experienced CNC Boring Mill Programmer/Operator on our second shift.
This position is working 2nd shift 4pm - 2am Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Read and understand drawings and operation sheets including knowledge of GD&T
- Set up and operate complex, precision machining jobs with minimal supervision
- Ensure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation, and material handling
- Utilize the ERP system and document the required in-process inspection dimensions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety standards and requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience setting up and operating CNC horizontal boring mill.
- Must be able to read and edit G code programs.
- Must be able to work with large parts.
- Must know how to inspect and document measurements.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Doosan Machines
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime may be required in some instances to meet production & shipping requirements.
Salary : $20 - $24
