SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Material Handler to join our machine shop team. The Material Handler will be responsible for organizing, storing, and distributing materials and parts efficiently to support our machining operations.
HOURS : Monday through Friday, First Shift 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and maintain inventory of raw materials.
- Prepare materials for production by retrieving and staging items as needed.
- Deliver materials to machine operators and workstations in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and production areas.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a high school education or Equivalent
- One year of manufacturing- related experience in material handling.
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions and use simple math.
- Able to operate Sit Down Forklift
