Sales/ Customer Service Representative: Critical Role
Integrated Magnetics is a custom engineering company dealing with state-of-the-art products related to military, government, space/aerospace, semiconductor, and medical programs and products. We are looking for challenging craftsmen and candidates who want to be a part of this iconic company that designs and manufactures unique custom engineered, state of the art custom engineered products.

Responsibilities
· Maintaining a professional and supportive role with both existing and potential customers.
·Should be capable of hosting, organizing and orchestrating meetings with customers/suppliers.
Travelling, as needed during visits on site to Tucson, AZ manufacturing plants.
· Drive company vehicles as needed to entertain customers and visitors to the company.
· Must be able to communicate in a professional manner and setting for customers.
· Maintain documentation relating to Sales Orders in the company and Purchase Orders from customers and entering documentation on the ERP system.
· Perform Contract reviews and enter Sales Orders on the ERP per company protocols.
· Maintain and manage Return Material Authorizations from customers as needed.
· Enter and send quotes from the ERP system to potential customers and existing customers.
· Maintain contract review process for received customer POs by entering all needed contractual requirements and following up with personnel in company about any contractual requirements, testing requirements, quality requirements, manufacturing timelines, and completion of orders needed for the contract review.
Minimum Qualifications
· Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in the United States.
· Must be fluent in English and be capable of flawless communication with American and European companies
· Excellent written communication skills.
· Must be able to pass a background check.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Willing to learn about Enterprise Resource Personnel system for a manufacturing environment.
