Integrated Magnetics, a manufacturer of magnetic and electro-mechanical assemblies is looking for electro-mechanical test/assembly technicians with experience in testing electro-mechanical assemblies to do testing and assembly of custom engineered electro-mechanical devices for manufacturing. The company is receiving many high profile projects involving innovative technologies including examples from electric jet turbines, motors used in automotive assemblies, actuators used in airplanes and military vehicles. The company is now 100 percent employee owned and candidates who stay with the company for the long term will receive shares in the company over time as part of the retirement benefits package.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assembly and calibration of electro-mechanical products and log individual unit performance
- Mechanical and electrical assembly of electro-mechanical products
- Mechanical and electrical testing of electro-mechanical products
- Work with engineers on improving quality and ensuring appropriate quality standards are upheld
Qualifications:
- Experience with electro-mechanical/electronics technician for at least 1 year preferred
- Experience in electromechanical device assembly/testing for 1 year preferred
- Experience using lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, multi-meter, Power Supply, function generator)
- Good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work in team environment with a diverse group of development engineers and production test technicians.
- Self-motivated and be able to work overtime depending on work load demand
Education:
- Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering Technology or similar technology degree preferred
