Job Overview
As an In-store Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for conducting cooking and non-cooking demonstrations, merchandising products, building relationships with customers, gathering relevant feedback, and raising brand awareness to drive sales of the products you promote.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain an attractive demonstration area
- Interact with customers and store management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Perform cooking and non-cooking product demonstrations
- Gather and report customer feedback
- Raise brand awareness and drive product sales
- Adhere to all food safety protocols
- Maintain open communication with your supervisor
- Use your smartphone to take high-quality pictures of product displays and demonstrations
- Complete detailed digital reports using your smartphone during and after each event
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable, dependable, and organized
- Physically able to stand for 4-hour shifts
- Capable of bending, standing, and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Neat appearance and good grooming
- Valid Food Safety Certificate
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet/email access
- Proficiency in using smartphone apps for photography, reporting, and communication
- Respond promptly to texts, calls, and emails from management
- Participate in scheduled calls with supervisor as needed
- Proactively communicate any questions or concerns before, during, or after demonstrations
