Position Description:
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for various fulfillment operations including pull/pack/ship, repackaging and assembly of printed material, merchandise, and food products (shelf-stable, frozen and refrigerated). Level II Associates provide high level versatility and knowledge within both operations and systems with primary focus placed on accuracy (item identification, pull/pack counts) and productivity (speed and amount of goods and orders processed).
Experience:
This position requires at least 3 years of experience working in fast-paced fulfillment operations (warehousing, logistics or distribution). High School diploma or equivalent is required. The Fulfillment Associate Level II is also required to have significant experience working with warehouse management systems.
Position Guidelines:
- Use of scan system to track time worked
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability work overtime on short notice as needed
- Work independently to follow established processes and procedures
- Work at TMR/IMT/FSE Distribution Center as needed
- Backup resource for Lead(s)
- Training resource for new associates on the team
- Update procedures as needed
- Additional Responsibilities for FSE Associate:
- Backup for Receiving, FSE Audit & Compliance paperwork
- Additional responsibilities for Non-FSE Associate:
- Backup resource for Booth and Shipping
Skills Required:
- Computer Skills (MS Office, typing, navigation), Basic Math skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of system and process
- Ability to solve intermediate problems
- Strong safety awareness
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (Forklift, Tow Motor, Pallet Jacks, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, be on your feet for 8 hours
Skills Desired:
- Fulfillment experience in either E-commerce or Retail
- Experience with Quality Control practices
