Warehouse Fulfillment Associate III

Position Description:

The Level 3 FSE Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting all food operations including pull/pack of food products (shelf-stable, frozen and refrigerated), repack, receiving, and quality control. Particular focus for this position is placed on accuracy (item identification, pull/pack counts), productivity (amount of goods and orders processed) and system/process comprehension. Associates are expected to be exemplary employees who mentor others and are typically responsible for communication with other departments.

Experience:

This position requires at least 6 years of experience working in fast-paced fulfillment operations (warehousing, logistics or distribution). High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience working with warehouse management systems is also required.

Position Guidelines:

• Uses WMS and other systems to register and track work
• Use our TJT System to Scan into tasks and track activity (Orders, Repack, Receiving)
• Expert in the knowledge of Pick/Pack/Repack/Receiving Processes
• Learning / ability to execute at expert level Pick, Pack, Repack and Receiving process
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability work overtime on short notice as needed
• Work independently to follow established processes and procedures
• Provides process leadership and mentors other Associates
• Work on all assignments given to them by management (Inside and/or outside of department)

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication / leadership skills
• Advanced Computer Skills (WMS systems lead user, MS Office)
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Understands full process flow
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong safety awareness
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (Forklift, Tow Motor, Pallet Jacks, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong Math Skills

Skills Desired:

• Fulfillment experience in either E-commerce or Retail
• Experience in Receiving and/or Inventory Control
• Previous experience in food a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.75 per hour
