What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Rep position at Integrated Mechanical Solutions?
Integrated Mechanical Solutions (IMS) is seeking an Outside Sales Rep. The candidate needs to be a self-starter and a research expert with MS Office, computer, and time management skills. The ideal candidate would have HVAC experience (sales, design, project management or field knowledge of HVAC) but are not specifically a requirement.
IMS is an applied HVAC Rep/Sales Firm selling products such as Carrier, Steam-O-Vap, FabricAir, Seresco, etc. Please review our product offerings at www.imsgroupllc.com. We serve South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, and Iowa. This position will require travel within the territory, visiting engineers and customers regularly.
Duties:
Research and acquire an in-depth understanding of our product offering.
Establish and maintain engineering/customer relations with regular visits.
Work with engineers/customers promoting IMS as a company and our product offering.
Identify and pursue opportunities throughout our territory.
Work with engineers/customers to help identify opportunities throughout our territory.
Visit job sites with clients to assist in equipment selections.
Travel is required (trade shows, manufacturer’s events, and client trips/outings/visits).
Additional duties as assigned.
Compensation/benefits:
Salaried Position (TBD) based on experience and commission will be paid as a percentage of profit.
401K up to 4% match after one full year of employment.
Medical, dental and vision insurances offered.
2 weeks of PTO and 8 holidays/year (3 weeks PTO after 3 years).
Company issued laptop and cell phone provided.
Logoed apparel provided by the company.
All company-related expenses to be paid by the company.
