**Position:**Full Time Physical Therapy Front Desk Receptionist

**Summary:**Our dynamic and growing outpatient orthopedic clinic is on the lookout for a passionate and diligent Front Desk Receptionist to join our proficient team! We are dedicated to aiding patients in reaching their functional goals and providing top-notch manual treatment.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist the therapy team with patients, including answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying insurances, reminder calls to patients, utilizing current systems for efficiently putting together patient charts and capturing patient visits, collecting co-pays, and helping with all other activities to provide for a fun experience for the community of patients and families.

Potential to help with Social Media and collection of Google Reviews.

**Measurement of Success:**- Cares about patients and their experiences within Physical Therapy. Help facilitate a team approach between all of the employees, the patients, and other community members. Writes, speaks and communicates in layman’s terms to help patients understand about physical therapy and their whole time from initial evaluation to eventual successful completion of their program. Communicates with other staff in an effective manner.

**Qualifications:**- The front desk person we are looking for is a self-motivated, very organized individual with a High School Diploma. The individual should have an interest in the healthcare field and enjoys personally interacting with people. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, flexible, adaptable, able to work mornings and evenings, 4-5 days per week, 40 hours per week, and for a multiple year commitment. No weekends.
