What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internship - Summer 2025 position at Integrated Packaging Machinery, LLC?
The IPM intern position will support the department in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities during the summer of 2025.
Essential Job Functions:
- Seek to understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and other aspects of service.
- Perform tasks such as research, data capturing and working closely with different team members to learn more about the company.
- Propose new ideas and solutions and present final project during the internship.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.
- Participate in department and company meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in an office environment preferred
- Experience studying the discipline that they will support at IPM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and EPICOR or other ERP software
Educational Requirements:
- Pursuing a BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
Travel Requirements:
- 0-25% travel
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- Standing and sitting for extended periods of time
