As our Inventory Control Lead, you will leverage your experience with inventory management best practices to guide a dedicated team toward achieving accurate, efficient, and cost-effective inventory operations. You will champion process improvements, analyze key performance metrics, and collaborate across departments to ensure optimal material flow and data integrity. Essential Job Functions:
- Assist Department Manager in the assignment of work
- Oversee the progress of work in inventory control, ensuring safety standards are met
- Helping to develop and redefine inventory control processes and SOPs to reduce discrepancies, enhance data integrity, and improve overall efficiency
- Train employees in work procedures
- Work with the manager to help develop guidelines and strategies for goal achievement
- Monitor and help improve departmental key performance indicators (e.g., cycle count accuracy, inventory turns, start picks on-time)
- Acts as an escalation point for team on complex task for troubleshooting
- Coordinate with production teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of materials, timely replenishment, and effective order fulfillment
- Ensure that the inventory control responsibilities meet compliance and audit readiness
- Requires balancing high-level technical expertise (e.g., EPICOR and inventory analytics) with a commitment to human development through coaching, mentoring, and team-building.

Qualifications:
- 5 years in inventory control, supply chain, or related fields
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and EPICOR or other ERP software
- Hi-lo experience is preferred
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to move items 50 pounds.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
