The Partnership Account Manager will play a critical role in expanding the outreach and referral base for Boomerang Healthcare’s Functional Restoration Program (FRP), Trauma Recovery Program (TRP), and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program in Northern California. The position will focus on building and maintaining strategic relationships with key referral sources, including medical and occupational clinics, first responder organizations, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and mental health providers. The Account Manager will actively promote Boomerang’s rehabilitation programs, develop marketing initiatives, track referral growth, and support program expansion efforts, particularly in underserved regions. This role will be vital in driving awareness, enhancing program visibility, and establishing Boomerang as a leading provider of rehabilitation services for trauma, pain, and brain injury recovery.
This position will require travel 75-100% of the time supporting all clinics that offer rehab services within California.
What you will do :
- Engage with various medical and occupational clinics (including occupational medicine, orthopedics, neurology, pain management, and psychology practices) to introduce and promote Boomerang’s services as valuable patient resources for recovery and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with first responder organizations and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to introduce Boomerang’s Trauma Recovery Program (TRP), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and Functional Restoration Program (FRP) as key resources for high-risk employees, ensuring they have access to the best possible care and recovery options.
- Build and nurture partnerships with mental health professionals across Northern California to increase referrals for Boomerang’s trauma recovery and rehabilitation services, fostering a network of trusted providers for mutual patient referrals.
- Actively promote and advocate for Boomerang’s FRP, TRP, and TBI programs, positioning them as essential recovery services for patients experiencing chronic pain, trauma, and brain injuries.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and distribute outreach materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content, that highlight the outcomes and benefits of Boomerang’s programs, focusing on successful recovery stories, return-to-work transitions, and patient success.
- Partner with the marketing team on digital marketing initiatives, including online campaigns and social media strategies, to enhance program visibility within key referral networks, including occupational clinics, first responder agencies, and workers' compensation providers.
- Manage public relations efforts and local media outreach, ensuring that Boomerang Healthcare’s program expansion efforts in Northern California receive appropriate media coverage and public attention.
- Assist with the successful launch of Boomerang’s FRP, TRP, and TBI programs in new locations by establishing referral networks, engaging with community partners, and facilitating awareness-building initiatives to drive new patient intake.
- Seek out and identify new growth opportunities, especially focusing on referral sources and partnerships with healthcare providers who are currently lacking similar services for trauma, pain, and brain injury recovery.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of referral initiatives and growth strategies, prioritizing TBI and TRP programs. Use data-driven insights to assess the impact of outreach efforts and to optimize strategies for referral generation and engagement.
- Utilize referral metrics and insights to make data-driven adjustments to outreach and business development strategies. Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine approaches, strengthen relationships with referral sources, and drive continuous program growth.
Qualifications :
Compensation Range :
75,000 to $100,000 Annually
All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
