We are seeking a Physical Therapist to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and treat patients in our clinics. Our team consists of physical rehab providers (PTs, PTA, Chiropractors, trainers), Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, and MDs. We use an educationally based treatment model to teach patients transferable skills for managing chronic pain conditions. The physical therapy population is primarily adult orthopedic and chronic pain patients.
Position is a per diem role to support multiple sites in Bay Area as needed. Must be willing to provide 3-4 shifts a month (shift = a full 8 hour day). Clinics are only open Monday through Friday, 8a-5p.
What you will do :
- Evaluation and treatment of individual patients.
- Evaluate patients for the FRP / TBI program / Work Conditioning program
- Create individualized exercise regimen and plan of care to reach established goals.
- Work with patients both individually and in groups alongside other clinicians
- Patient volumes can vary between 4-12 patients based on participants within programs
- Deliver pain neuroscience education to individual patients and groups.
- Opportunities to collaborate with the medical and psychology teams while co-treating patients as well as with other physical rehab providers from the same or other sites.

Compensation Range :
50.00 to $60.00 Hourly
All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
