Job Description
The position requires an individual who has a thorough knowledge of the financial services business and who is committed to being part of a team that delivers comprehensive client solutions. This individual must have strong relationship skills. They must be reliable, organized and deadline driven. A qualified applicant must me dedicated, goal-oriented, and able to work well in a self-directed and collaborative environment. Must be able to learn and articulate the story of the practice.
· Support lead advisor with clients
· Lead in answering routine client questions
· Participates in client meetings
· Creates agendas for client meetings, takes notes and completes or delegates follow-up activities
· Delivers excellent service supporting the generation of referrals from existing clients
· Assists in maintaining a compliant practice
· Makes outgoing client courtesy calls; Appointment setting and follow-up calls
· Provide back-up support to all team members when necessary
· Update client information as necessary in Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure integrity of database
· Ensure clients are receiving a best-in-class experience from the Firm
· Supports special projects as assigned
· Full-Time
· $25.00 per hour
· Financial Services field regarding either direct sales or sales support
· Life; Accident & Health; Preferably. Must have Series 6; 63; 65 or 7
· Flexible Office and Home
