What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Pharmacy Technician position at Integrated Pharmacy Solutions?
We have a full-time or per diem Pharmacy Technician opening at a community pharmacy located within a medical center in Stamford, CT. The medical center provides medical services to everyone in the community, specializing in LGBTQ health and HIV therapeutics. Your primary role will be to assist the pharmacist in filling prescriptions, adjudicating prescription insurance claims, managing and maintaining inventory, and completing various projects assigned by the pharmacist. You must be an excellent communicator with good problem solving skills, an independent thinker, and a team player who is detail oriented and organized. Certified pharmacy technicians with outpatient/retail pharmacy experience required. Experience using QS1 / PioneerRx and 340B preferred.
