Integrated Polymer Solutions (IPS) is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Accounting & Reporting who will be responsible for overseeing reporting functions of the Company. This role requires a deep understanding of public company reporting and (SOX) compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, reporting, and internal controls, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Support the team with the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Support the team with the financial close process, including consolidations, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and other required disclosures, as needed.
- Complete a monthly, quarterly and yearly standardized financial statement reporting checklist required for compliance with SEC and PCAOB standards.
- Develop and implement process narratives for financial statement areas
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit and quarterly reviews.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the finance team.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Support staff selection, performance, development and training processes to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach the business goals and expectations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Stay current with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Job Specifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Years Experience : Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience within Manufacturing industry preferred.
