IPS - RMB Products is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Specialist who will receive all items from small packages, pallets, or flatbeds of pipefittings.

Job Accountabilities :
- The position requires attention to detail and extreme organizational practices due to the intricate processes that must be followed.
- Assisting in other departments as needed
- Confirm all packages to arrive
- Understand RMB SOP's, Work instructions and customer's industry standards for receiving.
- Inform Purchasing of product shortage or damage.
- Accurately enter the receiving details into the computer system.
- Responsible for proper paperwork and documentation for all receiving.
- Trouble shoots receiving issues obstacles
- Processes shipping and delivery reports
- Engage with drivers and customers with a positive attitude.
- Understands Transaction processes, MRP, material planning, customer portals.
Job Specifications :
Education : High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Years' Experience : 0-1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse setting
