Responsibilities & Expectations: 

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. As a Warehouse Manager for IPS you will be responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items; securing warehouse; and supervising staff.

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.
• Manage customer owned equipment through offsite inventory.
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accurace.
• Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and review; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
• Maintain items records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

Qualifications and Competencies: 

• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
