Under the general supervision of the House Manager, and under direction of the treating Physician, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for providing nursing care to residents in a residential recuperative care home. The LVN will conduct daily rounds with each patient, monitor their condition, administer medications, and assist with the development and implementation of medical care plans. The LVN will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care for all residents.

Experience:
- Previous experience as an LVN in a long-term care, rehabilitative, or acute care setting.

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and charting systems
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current LVN license in the state (or as required by the state of employment).
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Criminal background check clearance.
- TB test clearance and current health clearance.
