Project Management Consultants (Pharmaceuticals)

Project Management Consultants (Pharmaceuticals) for Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. to report to our Burr Ridge, IL HQ location but working at multiple unanticipated client locations in the USA. May telecommute based on client needs. Lead product development projects programs in the pharmaceutical industry including pre-clinical R&D, commercialization product lifecycle management. Lead business process development optimization, with focus to functional project portfolio management capabilities. Develop drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy. Manage projects within established scope, schedule budget while exceeding IPM project management standards. Develop document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives. Establish, maintain lead high performing project teams, serving as the project advocate within the client organization.  Limited local or national travel to client locations involved.  May undergo background checks including drug screens. Must have bachelor’s degree in a relatable science or engineering field and 6 yrs relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Also requires skills (3 yrs exp) in: project management in one of the following: pre-clinical research and development, clinical development, regulatory submissions and compliance, commercialization, product management, quality assurance and control, establishment /management of enterprise or functional project and portfolio management capabilities, developing business processes to facilitate growth, or improving business processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness; and skill in (1 yr) application of a disciplined project management process.
