We are seeking a hardworking and reliable All-Season Landscape & Snow Services Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces across all seasons, including landscaping, lawn care, yard maintenance, and snow/ice removal. The ideal candidate will have experience with landscaping tools, equipment, and seasonal property maintenance. This role will be maintaining multiple properties across the Kansas City area.
Key Responsibilities
Spring, Summer & Fall Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care and maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilization.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and garden beds.
- Conduct mulching, pruning, aeration, and seeding as needed.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules.
- Handle landscape construction projects, such as laying sod, stonework, and minor hardscaping.
- Remove debris, leaves, and weeds to keep outdoor spaces clean and well-maintained.
- Perform snow plowing, shoveling, and de-icing of walkways, driveways, and parking lots.
- Operate snow blowers, plows, and salt spreaders safely and efficiently.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow/ice removal needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols to prevent accidents and property damage.
- Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, and/or snow removal preferred.
- Ability to operate landscaping and snow removal equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, plows, etc.).
- Must be physically capable of performing outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends during snow events.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
