We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Class A CDL Certified Log Truck Driver & Operator to assist in storm clean-up operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate log trucks to transport storm-damaged trees, logs, and debris safely.
- Use heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and grapple trucks to clear and load materials.
- Navigate rough, storm-damaged terrain and assess safe travel routes.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety procedures.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues.
- Coordinate with clean-up crews, emergency response teams, and project managers.
- Secure and tarp loads as necessary to comply with safety and transport regulations.
- Work in various weather conditions and high-stress environments to aid in disaster recovery efforts.
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) – Class A with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating log trucks, trailers, and heavy forestry equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of and ability to follow DOT compliance, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to stand, kneel, walk, squat, push, pull, climb stairs, sit for extended periods of time, and lift and maneuver heavy materials.
- Must be able to pass an MVR, criminal background check, FMCSA PSP, FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, and a DOT drug screen.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience in storm clean-up, logging, or forestry is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and emergency response situations.
