Currently, we are seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Medical Director for an ED Program - Residential and Outpatient Settings, in the Denver area.

Schedule :

Flexible - 15 hrs a month - tele, with 1 day a month on-site

Overview :

Provide psychiatric Medical Director services for adult and adolescent Eating Disorder program : administrative time for progress notes review, chart audits, phone calls, emails, psychiatric nurse practitioner supervision and / or collaboration, and other assigned duties.

No direct patient care included except as needed for emergency psychiatric care, or mutually approved timeframes when back up coverage may be required.

Ability to focus on the patient - not office management, including credentialing, licensure, billing, and collections.

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted Medical License in the State of Colorado.

Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licensure, if needed.

Active DEA in Colorado.

Experience with Eating Disorder patients.
