Regional Program Manager
Job Summary :
This full-time position is employed by Integrated Psychiatric Consultants, P.A. (IPC), a behavioral health staffing and management company based out of Overland Park, KS. IPC has provided psychiatric services for over 20 years, primarily in the Kansas and Missouri region and is actively expanding into new states across the US. The Regional Program Manager (RPM) role would report to the Director of Operations and would be responsible for the management of clients and providers within their region at clinics, hospitals, inpatient units / hospitals, correctional institutions, schools, and / or treatment facilities. The RPM serves as the primary contact for the clients as well as the providers and clinicians and would also maintain communication with IPC senior leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage and enhance client relationships to retain and grow business
- Contract negotiation and extensions
- Provider and clinician retention
- Collect and analyze data and report to clients, providers / clinicians, and leadership. Data includes volume, provider utilization, quality, and trends
- Identify processes that need to be improved or implemented and execute accordingly
- Work with Medical Staff Coordinator / s and providers / clinicians to ensure all programs are staffed appropriately and timely
- Implement new behavioral health programs in various facility types
- Oversee internal departments to ensure new programs start timely
- Work with Medical Director to ensure continuous quality checks and communicate outcomes with client
