Requirements
What You’ll Do
As a Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects are executed flawlessly. From overseeing construction sites to coordinating teams and materials, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier renovations. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Jobsite Leadership & Project Execution
- Oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring high-quality results.
- Follow and enforce the project scope, keeping everything on track.
- Occasionally assist with general maintenance and repair work (drywall, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, hardware replacement).
- Manage subcontractors and materials, ensuring vacant apartments or capital projects are completed efficiently.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Lead and support trade partners, ensuring smooth on-site operations.
- Maintain clear daily communication with the team to keep projects on schedule.
Material & Resource Management
- Optimize material procurement and distribution, ensuring everything is available when needed.
Safety, Reporting & Compliance
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor project progress, conduct sign-offs, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years in property maintenance or renovation.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and materials.
- Skills: Problem-solving, organization, time management, and decision-making under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, tablets, and smartphones.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Mobility: Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel as needed.
