- Our goal is to deliver simplicity and ease of use to consumers and make the process of drafting Wills and Estate planning a breeze via a software application.
We are in search of an expert (Attorney welcome) specializing in Wills, Trusts, and Estates to become part of our team on a contractual basis (either retainer or hourly with min 25 hrs/week) with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role for the right individual.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expertise in multi-state inheritance and estate laws and process.
- Expertise in drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Proxies, Living Wills etc.
- Ability to draft documents and educate content team to simplify language.
- Show willingness to learn state regulations and changes that are new and upcoming.
- Guide engineers and oversee language that is drafted in the software.
- Review finally drafted documents by software and provide approvals on language.
- Exceptional writing, research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional in oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Go getter attitude with a sense of humor.
- Min. 6 years of experience as a lawyer, para legal or advisor in this field.
- Organized, Tech savvy and proficient in word and excel.
- NJ preferred. Consideration given to candidates on US East coast.
