The primary focus will be to help configure content for our company’s global workplace app and manage space data accuracy for our space utilization and analytics platforms. Our platforms are deployed in multiple sites around the world, and you will have an opportunity to work closely with many site leads and important stakeholders. Education and experience:
Marketing experience
JSON, MS Power Apps, MS SharePoint.

- Able to learn a new program quickly
- Some familiarity with mobile apps and development process
- Some familiarity with occupancy utilization tools
- Familiar with agile project management and use of JIRA
- Must be very detail oriented and can keep themselves organized
- Can self-manage their workload and time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Very familiar with Microsoft Programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Can work individually as well as in a team environment with colleagues from different departments such as IT, marketing, facilities, real estate etc.
- Outstanding communication skills

- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in a professional environment
- Experience working in a large corporate cross-functional environment and working with diverse colleagues from different departments such as IT, marketing, facilities, and real estate.
Marketing experience
- Should have experience with mobile apps and some development processes.
- Heavy on Mobile app configuration and technical IT workspace utilization data management.
- Agile PM, Jira
- They will work/ use the backend of the mobile application.
