As a contractor, you will be responsible for implementation and optimization of marketing tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting cross- functional teams in delivering solutions that meet both business and technical objectives.

As a contractor, you will be responsible for implementation and optimization of marketing tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting cross- functional teams in delivering solutions that meet both business and technical objectives.
Key Role Functions
- Participate in the implementation and integration of marketing tools to ensure they are aligned with business needs.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements by engaging stakeholders across different business functions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of product features and functionality.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support development teams in creating solutions that meet agent needs.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in the development of marketing technology strategies that support overall business objectives, including lead generation, book of business digital, social and direct marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 or more years of marketing, product ownership or sales experience with at least 2 years of experience in marketing automation or similar tools
- Solution-oriented that has the capability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Experience supporting the implementation of SproutLoud or similar Through- Channel Marketing Automation platforms
- Previous project management experience
- Experience in the IT, digital marketing, or insurance or healthcare industries
- Proven experience with agile and scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and reporting tools is a plus.
