Chemist

Responsibilities: This will involve development and validation of analytical test methods, analytical testing for process development support, data processing, and summarizing/presenting results to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Education Minimum Requirement: • BS/BA in chemistry or related scientific fields with 2-5 years of experience.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Familiar with common analytical instrumentation
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience with analytical techniques such HPLC, UPLC, UV, IR, Karl Fischer, and dissolution and ability in trouble shooting these methodologies
• Experience using Empower is a plus
• Experiences with analytical work in the pharmaceutical industry, such as method development and validation.
• Experience working in a GMP / GLP environment a plus.
• Flexibility for an 8am or 8:30am start time.
