Job Description: MATERIALS QUALITY DATA MANAGER

What You Will Work On
As an integral part of Product Integrity, you’ll support an enterprise project “Material Transformation” to reduce material complexity to drive consumer right innovation and profitability. You’ll work on data analytics, support critical material strategies, and foster stakeholder relationships. You will illuminate insights based on materials and product quality production and marketplace data. You will learn how product and material quality metrics are captured across *** and drive efficiencies to deliver data to critical stakeholders in an automated and centralized way. You will partner with teammates to focus on delivering the goals for the season at hand and driving toward longer-term priorities.

In the Product Supply Chain organization, you will interact across quality teammates in both footwear and apparel. This role supports the important connections between the Product Creation, Sourcing, Labs, Manufacturing Engineering and Partner Management teams as well. This role reports to the Product Integrity Standards and Governance Director.
What You Bring
Will look for improvements in reporting solutions & process automation (much of this is decentralized)
Must excel in extracting & summarizing data
Proficiency in Snowflake required
Will use Tableau and/or Power BI to present data to stakeholders
Proficiency in Smartsheet & Excel a must
Must be comfortable with cross-functional work
Must be comfortable with ambiguity
Must have strong communication skills
Familiarity with sporting goods a plus

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years work experience & Analytical background
- Strong Excel and Smartsheet skill.
- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau and Power BI
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake preferred
- Python / R knowledge preferred
- Alteryx experience preferred
- Ability to comb through large amounts of data, analyze, draw conclusions, and present a coherent viewpoint
- Project management abilities
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, creative problem solver & want to get their “hands dirty”
- Able to think on their feet and articulate problems well
- Strong team player and ability to work with other teams
- Passion for the *** Inc. Brand
- Previous experience or coursework focused on procurement, operations, supply chain preferred
- Track-record of demonstrating in entrepreneurial spirit in fast-paced environment
