What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data and Analytics - Data Analyst 3 position at Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI )?
SPECIFICS FOR THIS REQ: Similar to reqs 4260 and 4263 but with more senior responsibilities and experience requirements.
HM is looking for at least 5 years of experience in data analytics. Apparel experience is a big value add but not required. This senior position will also be a go to for junior team members for initial questions and advice.
The data that will be worked with on this project will be from several different sources and often requires some work to access and consolidate. Additionally, problem solving and good collaboration skills are required here as this position will be working on a materials project that will involve many FTE and ETW resources working towards a common goal with high leadership bisibility.
Documentation and data storage will happen primarily in Box, and Excel will be the primary tool to work with the data. Data visualization is done through Tableau.
Work will also be semi-independent with regular HM check ins, so someone that is a self starter is a big plus.

As our Global Apparel Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in helping Client development teams be agile, quick, and nimble. You'll collaborate with business partners to Client and improve processes and tools throughout the apparel organization. Furthermore, you will do data extracts, cleansing, analysis and document new and existing tools.
You will identify issues and opportunities to improve our internal processes, establish best practices, work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans. You’ll also ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across our landscape when appropriate.
Some or all of the following will be relevant for your day to day:
Preparation of new reports/data visualization by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Cleansing data and providing data recommendations
Execute existing report portfolio and deliver to the business through various communication portals. Ability to showcase in simple, meaningful, and impactful ways.
Maintain Alteryx workflows and applications. Manage Tableau dashboards
Perform user acceptance testing
Knowledge of RPA (robotic process automation)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business related discipline
2 additional years’ experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
