Location: Cambridge MA -Hybrid 3 days on site and 2 days remote

Education: Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years in an international organization in commercial operations, marketing, finance, demand management and/or supply chain-related field.
Minimum Number of years of experience: 3 years.
Data Analytics - Need to see big picture especially on demand. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Kinaxis is a plus. Previous pharma or bio tech industry is a plus not required.

Job Highlights:
• Responsible for the development & delivery of the consolidated/rationalized consensus global demand plan for assigned product families; including application of statistical forecasting & volume scenario modeling to develop unit volume forecasts to drive planning throughout the end-to-end supply chain network
• Identifies key risks/opportunities to the assigned portfolio of products & late-stage programs via the Client Industrial Business Planning process
• Lead & coordinates framework for consistent country-level demand review, scenario modeling & valorization to identify key market insights, risks & opportunities for assigned products & programs. Includes the review of past performance, identification of gaps and corrective actions/recommendations to close them
• Sets and manages workstream process performance measurements; includes generation of KPI dashboards/reporting for key stakeholders
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years in an international organization in commercial operations, marketing, finance, demand management and/or supply chain-related field
• Solid knowledge of Industrial Business Planning process

Lead and manage all planning processes & measurements associated with the global demand management of select established brands within Specialty Care’s portfolio of therapies. Includes:
- Ownership of global demand review workstream for assigned brand(s); including governance of global- and country-level demand review workstreams
- Ensure alignment and connectivity with upstream/downstream process partners to ensure full integration of product strategy & milestone review (upstream) and demand inputs which drive Global Industrial Affairs network capacity planning strategy and production scheduling
- Lead & coordinates framework for consistent country & brand l level demand scenario modeling to identify risks & opportunities
- Review demand performance KPIs & implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement
