Job Description: Job Summary: Responsible for designing and developing multi-media eLearning courses to support Enterprise Initiatives.

- Use instructional design methodology (analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate) to create e-Learning programs for the Client Workforce that encompass video, exercises and assessments.
- Develop supplementary materials consisting of handouts, video tutorials, etc. in support of the training plan.
- Collaborate with SMEs and Compliance Training to gather source data, design expectations and feedback on storyboards/draft content.
- Participate in meetings with SMEs and Business Owners as necessary.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- APTD / CPTD from Association for Talent Development (ATD) helpful.
- 3-5 years working in instructional design and elearning development capacity.
- Required - Experience in instructional design for eLearning, storyboarding, needs analysis, and writing for elearning design.
- Preferred – Video development using Vyond.
- Strongly Preferred – eLearning development using Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise)
- Current industry trends, learning solution Best Practices, instructional writing style and techniques, web based design
- Remote role
- Experience in creating a E- Learning Course
- Previous Instructional Design Experience
- 3 years of Storyboarding
- 3-5 Years of E- Learning Writing
- A good writer that is able to take content from multiple sources and create something smooth and coherent
- Comfortable Interacting with others to gather date
- Self Starter/ Self motivated
- Excellent Communicator
- Experience with Articulate Rise
