You will report to the Senior Director Consumer & Digital Marketing, RSV and will be a key member of the Vaccines Commercial Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving impactful execution of HCP non-personal promotion campaigns, including digital, social media, HCP influencers, website and CRM, as well as the development of the integrated marketing strategy and brand planning. You will work closely with other marketing team members who are responsible for various aspects of the marketing mix. You will also collaborate closely with other functions such as Communications, Field Sales, Public Affairs, Market Research, Medical Affairs, and Analytics.

In this role, you may be responsible for:
- Support development of HCP non-personal promotion strategies and tactical plans to drive brand uptake.
- Developing and executing HCP campaigns including websites, CRM, digital advertising, social media, SEO, SEM, paid search, and other targeted programs
- Partner with multiple agencies to produce deliverables on strategy, within timelines, on budget, and measures outcomes across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with market research and analytics teams to develop research stimuli and manage project plans.
- Ensure research insights are implemented within tactical execution.
- Coordinate key performance indicators / metrics to enable performance reporting.
- Manage the development of multiple marketing assets through the LMR process.
- Day to Day contact for key tactical projects including creative brief approvals, launch timeline management, and financial management.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate budget tracking to enable accurate financial reporting.

Experience
- 3 years of relevant industry experience with at least 2 years of in line brand strategy and tactical marketing experience in vaccines or specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
- 1 years’ experience with HCP non-personal promotion
- Pediatric, adolescent or older adult vaccines experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in working with Regulatory, Legal, and Medical in a solutions -based partnership
- Ability to both “think strategically” and manage execution details
- Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, communicate, present, persuade a point of view

- Experience in the US Market
