Responsibilities – Placement of sensory APDO in-use study / Placement of a Take-Home consumer research
Deliverables –
Must Have:
Individuals who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., Procedural work. Onboards to Client systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research. Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer. Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions. Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs. Submits products for analytical testing. Utilizes Client Systems: SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS. Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.

Deliverables –
- Preparation of Samples, release documentation and placement of technical testing for lab analysis, sensory panels and consumer research
- Work in partnership with multifunctional team to execute prototypes/samples
- Execution and Analysis of information from technical and consumer research
- Classification, analysis and documentation of product information to support regional competitive landscape
- Work in partnership with technical team to document product differences. Consolidate information and analysis including test results that the person will manage and provide info to managers that will be integrated with other data points and analysis to issue a final recommendation
- Technical rigor to produce, review and document technical and consumer data points
- Execute with excellence – on time and quality unless conditions that may impact outcome are aligned with supervisor
- Experience in R&D processes for testing and documenting results. In particular, experience with placement and execution of technical testing and consumer testing
Must Have:
- Execute with Excellence - previous role experience within consumer research preparation, placement and analysis. Consumer research design experience is nice to have but not needed. Experience with placement and execution is a required skill.
- Communication and problem solving skills are also required for this job
