Required Skills:
- PowerBuilder Developer: Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document the steps the application uses with data. 10 years
- T-SQL Query Writing: The resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database. Must have experience developing processes to extract and manipulate data to support data migration and data cleansing of application data. 10 years.
- Data Management: Must have experience in performing data profiling, data mapping, data manipulation, validation, and analysis. 10 years.
- Source Control: Must have experience working with other developers utilizing source control. 5 years
- Unit Testing: Must have experience documenting and performing unit testing to support program changes. 10 years
- Documentation: Must have experience creating, updating, and maintaining documentation for programs, system specs, and flow diagrams. 10 years
- Testing: Must be able to work with the client and/or Business Analyst to support test scenarios. 5 years
- Production Support: Analyze and document identified problems to determine root cause and provide root cause analysis. 5 years
- Change Management Follow change management procedures and provide input to execute changes. 5 years
- Requirement Gathering: Capable of working with clients to gather requirements and ensure functionality meets the needs of the agency. 5 years
- PowerBuilder Development (version 2017 or higher)

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline

- PowerBuilder Development (version 2017 or higher)
- Work in a hybrid office and home environment. (Two days a week in-office)
- Willingness to learn.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment.
- Capable of picking up and deciphering code with minimal guidance
