Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations:
- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the management of schedules, resources, and logistics to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various operational processes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Support training initiatives.
- Assist with inventory management and improving inventory accuracy.
- Assist with documenting the installation of lab-based equipment according to the requirements of the Quality Management System.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Facilitate completion of actions identified to address potential safety hazards.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents related to operations.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and process optimization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Biology, Chemistry or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations coordination, administration, or a related field preferred. Experience supporting or working in a lab-based environment is a plus.
