Proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks such as Product and/or budget variances-Monitors and reports tangible and intangible benefits, and conducts team and individual end-of-project performance reviews

Looking for Prior Project Manager Experience:
- Business Analytical Experience: A minimum of three years analytical experience in a business environment. Ability to multi-task several concurrent requests and quickly pull together data. Must have strong analytical rigor and be proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivots and charting) and Power Point.
- Structured and logical thinking. The ability to dissect a problem into an organized approach, structure analysis, and develop recommended solutions providing actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Must be comfortable reaching out to cross functional teams to keep the projects moving and on time. Motivated team player must be able to effectively collaborate with many individuals including the Category Merchandising team(s), functional and divisional leaders, Cross-functional Support Teams in IT, AP and OPS, Field Management and Vendor Partners.
- Educational Credentials: The right candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar field.
