Job Description:
- Fulfils the needs of the patients, families, and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his/her licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
- Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring, and efficient manner.
- Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age-appropriate care.
- Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients’ needs
- Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients
- Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidence by appropriate documentation
- Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidence by appropriate documentation
- Completes admission assessment in time frame established, according to policy and procedures
- BLS - Required
- BSN - Highly desired
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required
- Med/Surg Experience - Required: 1 Years
- RN Experience - Required: 2 Years
Salary : $1,134 - $2,520
