(1st Shift) 6 AM - 4:30 PM Monday thru Thursday
Pay Range: $19.00- $21.00/hr. on W2 (Negotiable)

In this role, you will have the opportunity:
- Pick, Receive, distribute, and put away parts in correct pre-determined locations.
- Perform daily 5S tasks to ensure lab safety and audit readiness.
- Perform basic problem solving to help resolve issues.
- Proactively Find and resolve safety issues. Work with a diverse team to achieve daily schedules.
- High school degree (or equivalent degree).
- No experience required, will train.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs infrequently.
- It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Reach truck operation (Standing Forklift and scissor lifts).
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Working knowledge of Oracle.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manage incoming deliveries along with the unloading, processing, sorting and storage of the received products/materials/components in a timely manner utilizing material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate receiving/inventory records that effectively documents the internal product flow.
- Examine, monitor, and audit stock and distribute materials accordingly.
- Follow Kanban practices daily to ensure all material replenishment is properly received, distributed, and stored/kitted.
- Perform manual and clerical shipping duties utilizing various systems (WMS) involved in receipt and preparation of outbound materials/goods/components for shipment. Collaborates, coordinates, monitors, and manages workflow assisting in the scheduling and prioritization of outbound shipments.
- Maintain compliance with relevant local, country, and international guidelines.
- Provides accurate timely reporting on the status of outbound shipments.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a continuous focus on maintaining quality and safety standards.
- High School/GED equivalency with 2 years logistics/warehouse experience, preferably in a Shipping/Receiving role.
- Experience with operating material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle preferred), computer skills, and data entry knowledge, MS Office (Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, etc...).
- Ability to lift (up to) 45-lbs and work overtime as needed.
- It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
- Strong math, communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Experience shipping Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) such as batteries.
