Job Description: A day in the Life:
Education
- Attend daily stand up meetings with production to align with priority focus or changes.
- Work directly with a production employee to capture process improvements/changes for documentation.
- Work independently to close on pending work instructions for engineering review.
- Meet weekly with production engineering to review status and to confirm engineering priorities.
- Submit all changes to engineering in a designated time for review.
- Conduct a monthly cross-functional status meeting to discuss progress and strategic goals.
Education
- Minimum 2 year degree in a technical writing or communications field
- Experience in lieu of a degree
- Procedural creation and updates in a technically industry
- Reviewing user documentation for production or service
- Shown working experience in technical writing of procedural documentation.
- Experience with Windows-based and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access) is required
- Ability to quickly grasp sophisticated technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Ability to sit or stand for at least 2 hours at a time
- 1st shift hours: 8-5PM
